2. Attested photocopy of ID card of his/her Father/Guardian.(02)
3. 01 attested & 01 unattested copies of SSC & HSSC. (02)
4. LAT result or Roll Number slip if applied for test. (02)
5. 04 Passport Size Photographs (Sky Blue Background). (04)
6. Character Certificate copies (Issued by head of institution last attended). (02)
7. Migration/NOC Certificate if Intermediate is done from the board situated outside the jurisdiction of University of the Punjab.

Application Process

• Online / Offline Application: Applications can be submitted online via KLC website or physically at the college admissions office.
• Form Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted before the specified deadline.
