Kahuta Law College hosted an insightful training session on “Understanding Mediation: People, Process & Practice”, led by Mr. Nasir Ahmed Khan, Expert Mediator and Arbitrator, Managing Director EMEA & Chair of the Construction Industry Council UK, and Co-Founder & Vice Chair, CIArb Pakistan Branch.
The session provided students with valuable practical insights into mediation, dispute resolution, negotiation, and professional practice, bridging the gap between legal education and real-world dispute resolution.
